The Greene County public health department is making it convenient to get flu shots this week, with community flu shot clinics slated in four county towns.
Community clinics Monday, Sept. 24, are slated for 10 am to noon in Grand Junction at the St Brigid Parish Center and from 1 to 3 pm at the Rippey library.
Clinics on Friday, Sept. 28 will be from 10 am to noon at the Churdan United Methodist Church and from 1 to 3 pm at the Paton public library.
The cost is $35 per injection. They’re billable to Medicare, Medicaid, Title 19, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and other private insurance carriers. Persons should bring their insurance cards.
